The sources Paradise, Hawaiian Style Sessions 1 & 2 refer to the bootleg CDs TCB 96301 & 96302. These were previously issued on 3 LP's that weren't verified, but assumed to be mastered from an identical source (X generation cassette with high-end loss, noise and speed/pitch between 2-6% too fast).

On the Paradise, Hawaiian Style Sessions bootleg, Neal Matthews can be heard prominently singing the guide vocals on the 'Queenie Qahine's Papaya' rhythm track, and probably sang guide vocals on the other rhythm tracks too.
