He Touched Me was first released by Follow That Dream as a 7 inch 'Classic Album' set in September 2011 (see here), and it was this set that the masters and outtakes on this vinyl edition are taken from.

Both the back cover and record label of side 4 looks like track 1 is 'Bosom Of Abraham' takes 5 to 7, but it's actually takes 5 and 7, with no take 6 (which is the master).
