Notes

Produced by Ernst Mikael Jørgensen and Roger Semon / Mixed and Mastered by Vic Anesini (tracks 1-12) / Mastered by Lene Reidel (tracks 13-18).

Tracks 1-12 were recorded on a 16-track tape machine by RCA, but almost all of the intro's were not captured on tape. Here FTD have reconstructed those opening pieces from live performances of the same songs; however, they did not observe the correct running order of the tape.

'Polk Salad Annie' was not only spliced with the intro from the live version, but also has a verse spliced in from the second version of 'Polk Salad Annie' from this rehearsal.

The first rehearsal of 'I've Lost You' is also missing from the CD.

Tracks 13-18 were recorded through the microphone of a portable cassette recorder by Don Lance, who was present during stage rehearsals at the Las Vegas Hilton in August 1972 and January 1973.
