This is a scoring session for the movie Blue Hawaii.

Some recorded production numbers were not used in the final print of the movie.

Apart from adding drums to tracks after this scoring session on July 24, Bernie Mattinson also added drums to tracks on July 25 and August 24 1961.

The tracks listed as being on the Elvis One release Hawaiian Beach Boy - 1 (The Bootleg Series Vol. 15) appear to be lifted from a European DVD (PAL format) of Blue Hawaii, as they are running 4% faster than they should, as opposed to a U.S. DVD (NTSC format). The "Score" can be found on a separate channel of the DVD and some tracks are even in Stereo!
