Girl Happy was first released by Follow That Dream as a 7 inch extended soundtrack CD in April 2003 (see here), and reissued in 2010 (see here) using a better source for the masters.

The complete sessions were released in December 2024 on FTD's The Girl Happy Sessions (see here), and it was this set that all of the outtakes on this vinyl edition are taken from.
