This is a special, individually numbered, blue vinyl edition of the album. A regular black vinyl edition of the album was also released, in October 2023 (see here), with the exact same track listing etc, but with a different cataolgue number.

From Elvis Presley Boulevard, Memphis, Tennessee was first released by Follow That Dream as a 7 inch classic album in October 2012 (see here), and it was this set that the outtakes on this vinyl edition are taken from, as well as 'Moody Blue' (side B, track 3) and 'Way Down' (side C, track 4) being taken from FTD's Moody Blue classic album (see here).
