Elvis Sings Guitar Man was first released by Follow That Dream as a 7 inch 'Classic Album' format CD set in April 2011 (see here), and this vinyl edition is a compilation of tracks taken from that original release, although take 8 of 'We Call On Him' (side 3, track 5) is taken from the FTD set How Great Thou Art (see here).

The original number for this vinyl edition was FTD-98-33, but this was changed to FTD-296 in their numbering system.
