The cover shows 19 tracks on CD2, with a note stating that 'C.C. Rider' and 'Let Me Be There' have been omitted due to severe tape damage, but there are actually 21 tracks, including 'C.C. Rider' (track 1) and 'Let Me Be There' (track 17).

Follow That Dream put out a revised back cover, showing the corrected CD2 track listing, for fans to print out themselves!

For CD3, the cover shows track 1 being 'C.C. Rider' (and track 1 should be 'C.C. Rider') and track 2 being 'I Got A Woman / Amen' (and track 2 should be 'I Got A Woman / Amen'), but these songs are reversed on the CD, due to a mastering error. Track 1 is actually 'I Got A Woman / Amen' and track 2 is actually 'C.C. Rider' on the CD, but this is not the correct order the show was recorded! The revised back cover put out by Follow That Dream, actually shows this mistake in the track listing!

Although not listed on the cover, Elvis sings a line of 'Turn Around, Look At Me' after 'I Got A Woman / Amen' at the Milwaukee show (CD4, track 2).
