Although the original tapes were damaged, 'O Sole Mio' / It's Now Or Necver' and 'Hound Dog' from Birhingham, and 'You Gave Me A Mountain' and 'Jailhouse Rock' from Dallas were still used on this set for historical reasons.

'Hound Dog', preformed between 'Hurt' and 'Unchained Melody' at the Dallas concert, was damaged beyond repair, so was left off the set altogether.

There is a typing error on the back cover, where there are two songs on CD2 ('My Way' and 'Polk Salad Annie') listed as track 11 but no track 16 listed. The track listing is correct in the accompanying booklet.
