The songs 'All Shook Up', 'Steamroller Blues', '(Let Me Be Your) Teddy Bear / Don't Be Cruel', 'Love Me Tender', Fever', 'Polk Salad Annie', 'Suspicious Minds' and 'Funny How Time Slips Away' were not included on the original album, released in July 1974.

The false start before 'Help Me' is edited out of the concert on this CD, although the concert was eventually released in complete form, including this false start, on the RCA Legacy edition of Elvis Recorded Live On Stage In Memphis in March 2014.

The 2nd pressing of this CD, released in March 2015, has a slightly different looking CD (middle of the CD).
